With less than 60 days to the annual deadline, Fisher Funds tasked my with getting the word out to their youngest customers in a fun, easy-to-understand way.
Completed on a shoestring 4-digit production budget, the campaign went on to win an Effie and put an estimated $1.5m into the pockets of young Kiwis.
The campaign was shot in the style of native content YouTube/Instagram street magic videos and optimised for the format the target audience preferred: vertical video on mobile.
Complementing the videos, a custom Facebook Spark AR face filter was creating which let viewers swap their face with the Queen on a $20 bill and record a message to share telling friends about the Government Bonus deadline.
